As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll be right in the heart of the action, helping guests find the perfect souvenir, operating POS systems, and ensuring every store sparkles. Whether you're serving from a retail outlets or a mobile cart, your role is all about creating joyful experiences that make every visit special.

Key Responsibilities

n

No two days will be the same! You'll be:

n

n
- Be the friendly face greeting guests and offering helpful, knowledgeable service
n
- Operate POS registers with accurate cash handling
n
- Assist with stock control by completing all relevant paperwork and following record keeping processes
n
- Contribute to a safe, clean and welcoming environment while working effectively within a team environment.
n

What We're Looking For

We're after people who bring energy, teamwork, and a guest-first attitude! You'll bring:

- Experience in a similar retail or guest service role (highly regarded)
n
- Demonstrated cash handling skills
n
- Photography skills are a bonus
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
- A bright, positive, and professional attitude.
n
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
n
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
- The ability to work any day including weekends, school holidays, and evening events including Spooky Nights.
