Access Aged Care seeks a dedicated General Practitioner to provide in office care within Residential Aged Care Homes on the Sunshine Coast. The role offers weekday hours only, with no after-hours, weekends or on-call requirements, and includes dedicated nursing support to streamline rounds and follow-up care.
You will conduct regular weekly rounds, coordinate care plans, and work with telehealth geriatricians and specialists to address issues early and provide high-quality resident care.
