Job Description

Pickles Schoolwear is currently seeking atalented Casual Retail Sales Assistant , You will be based in our Marrickville Store , also some flexibility to work at our other stores would be an advantage. As part of our Retail Team you will be an integral part of our growing business, with a strong focus on customer service and the ability to multi-task is essential.

The responsibilities of the position are as follows but not limited to;

n

Deliver a positive Customer Service experience across all touch points including in store, online and via phone.

n

Efficiently and accurately process sales on the POS system including exchanges/returns as well as online orders.

n

Accept deliveries, unpack and arrange stock, replenishing fixtures and stocktaking – lifting is required.

n

Maintain and follow administration processes and systems with accuracy and attention to detail.

n

Follow measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPI'S)

n

Ensure store presentation is maintained with daily cleaning and uphold visual merchandising standards for the store and any displays.

n

To be successful in thisposition you will need the following skills;

n





Proficient computer skills in POS, Excel, Word and Email programs.

n

Customer service focus with friendly helpful attitude and willingness to 'go the extra mile'.

n

Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to multi task and follow up.

n

Required to be flexible and adaptable for working in a rapid paced, changeable environment.

n

Able to work independently or as part of a team.

n

Should be of smart appearance and have a can-do attitude.

n

Be able to stand for long periods with lifting involved.

n

Working with children check.

n

Drivers Licence a must with a good driving record.

n

Experience in fashion/clothing industry highly regarded.

n

Flexibility with hours during busy periods
