Job Description

We are seeking a Primary Teacher to join our Swan Hill campus on a part time (FTE 0.2 - 0.4, 1-2 days per week), permanent basis. Candidates interested in working as a Casual Relief Teacher are also encouraged to apply.

The Campus
n The town of Swan Hill is located on the banks of the Murray River in the lakes district of northern Victoria. Swan Hill Campus is located in a very quiet court that provides a spacious and secure environment, while still allowing easy access to the town amenities. The campus is a modern purpose-built facility with the recent addition of a large multi-purpose centre. Around half of the students who attend the Campus travel from the nearby town of Kerang.

About YouTo be considered for this position, you must be a VIT-registered teacher with a strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum and Syllabus, and be willing to embrace modern teaching methods and technologies.

You will need to be comfortable stepping away from traditional classroom teaching practices, to embrace up-to-date teaching methods and technologies including video conferencing and online resources.
