We're looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager to help lead and support our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving the success of our first Sydney store.

About the Role

n

As the 2IC Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store. You'll play a key role in leading and motivating the team, ensuring that customers have an exceptional experience, and assisting in the smooth execution of store operations.

n

On any given day, you will:

- Assist the Store Manager in leading the team to meet sales targets and KPIs.
n
- Support the hiring, training, and development of new team members.
n
- Help manage store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and stock management.
n
- Ensure a high standard of customer service, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
n
- Maintain store presentation and ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards.
n
- Provide input on store performance and areas for improvement.
n




- Step in for the Store Manager as required and ensure the team remains motivated and productive.
n
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, ensuring a secure environment.
n

What You'll Bring to this Role

n

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

n

n
- 1+ years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role (beauty industry experience is a plus).
n
- Robust leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
n
- A passion for customer service, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
n
- Knowledge of inventory management, stocktake processes, and merchandising.
n
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
n
- Flexibility to work weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays as required.
n
- A keen interest in beauty and skincare products (K-beauty knowledge is a bonus).
