We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Duty Managerto join our team.

n

With hands-on leadership the key to delivering first class service, this individual will be responsible in overseeing the daily management of operations which includes but not limited to the following:

Responsibilities

n

- Managing daily club operations
n
- Providing hands on leadership and mentoring of staff
n
- Allocation and Supervision of rostered staff to Club operations
n
- Managing daily shift operations and roster requirements
n
- Assist in leading and developing teams with strong customer focus
n
- Ensure compliance of policies and proceduresWHS, RSA, RCG, AML/CTF and other legislative requirements
n




- Venue cleanliness and presentation
n
- Staff performance management
n

n

Knowledge of

n

n
- Registered Clubs Act NSW
n
- AML/CTF obligations
n
- Registered and Licensed Club Award
n

nn
- Previous experience in the club industry or similar environment
n
- Able to work rotating roster including weekends, nights and public holidays
n
- Excellent verbal, written communication and problem solving ability
n
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities to mentor and coach staff
n
- Be conscientious, ambitious and reliable
n
- Current RSA and RCG competency card
n
