Xinyi Trading Pty Ltd is an Australian trading and e-commerce business specialising in the sale and distribution of Australian products to customers in Australia and overseas markets, including China and Southeast Asia.

As our online operations continue to develop, we are seeking a full-time ICT Support Technician to support and maintain our IT systems, e-commerce platforms, network workplace and day-to-day technology operations.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

n

n
- Provide technical support for the company's IT systems, including diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software and system issues;
n
- Install, configure, maintain and update computer hardware, software applications and related ICT equipment;
n
- Assist with the maintenance and backend management of the company's website and e-commerce systems to support smooth day-to-day online operations;
n
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues affecting the company's e-commerce platforms, website functionality and associated systems;
n
- Support the setup, configuration and ongoing maintenance of the company's network and computer systems;
n
- Perform routine system maintenance, software updates and security updates to maintain reliable and secure ICT operations;
n
- Assist with data backup,



recovery and system restoration processes and ensure appropriate backup procedures are maintained;
n
- Maintain system documentation, technical records and ICT support procedures;
n
- Provide technical assistance to staff in resolving day-to-day ICT issues and advise users on the effective use of systems and applications; and
n
- Liaise with external IT service providers and vendors where required to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications and Experience

n

The successful candidate should have:

n

n
- A Diploma, Advanced Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology or a closely related field;
n
- At least 2 years relevant practical experience in ICT support, systems support or a similar technical role;
n
- Experience troubleshooting computer hardware, software and network-related issues;
n
- Knowledge of website backend systems and e-commerce platforms;
n
- Understanding of network configuration, system security, data backup and recovery;
n
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills; and
n
- Ability to work independently and provide effective technical support in a business environment.
n
