Job Description

Queensland Department of Youth Justice and Victim Support – South Brisbane QLD is seeking a senior leader to drive service improvements within Victim Assist. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, deliver policy advice, and oversee workforce planning to support outcomes for clients and communities.

You will work closely with internal units and external partners to ensure culturally capable, effective services under the Victims of Crime Assistance Act 2009, while guiding strategic initiatives
