About the Role
n
As a Full time Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a positive and seamless experience for every customer who visits our store. You'll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with the Retail Manager to ensure the store operates efficiently while delivering outstanding service.
n
This is a hands-on, customer-focused role where no two days are the same.
n
You will:
n
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the right products for their needs
n
- Build positive relationships with customers and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere
n
- Maintain visually appealing shelves and displays through effective merchandising and stock replenishment
n
- Ensure accurate pricing and explicit product ticketing
n
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the register
n
- Assist with stock management, including receiving and organising deliveries
n
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety throughout the store
n
- Support daily operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
n

About You

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous pharmacy or retail experience (preferred but not essential)

- Experience handling cash and operating registers
