About the role

n

Become a key member of our dynamic production team as a Production Operator at Sun Ace Australia in Dandenong South, Victoria. This full-time role is integral to our manufacturing operations, allowing you to play a hands-on part in creating high-quality products for our customers.
n We are seeking hands on, and reliable candidates have good communication skills and willingness to learn. Daily activities will vary include operating mixers, blenders, batch make ups, repacking and at times you may be working aloneor with other team members.

What you'll be doing

n

Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and effective manner

n

Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise

n

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure optimal machine performance

n

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities

n

Adhere to all health, safety and quality control protocols

n

Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements

n

Minimum Skills and Experience

n

Physically fit and ability to lift 25Kg bags

n

Demonstrate awareness of safety requirements

n

Current Forklift license, added as an advantage.

n

Good communication skills, verbal and written

n

Able to understand and follow straightforward written instructions and complete batch documentation

n

What we're looking for

n

Proven experience as a production operator or similar role in a manufacturing setting

n

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate a variety of production equipment

n

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards

n

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

n

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced production setting

n

Relevant technical qualifications or certifications would be highly regarded
