Grampians Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Rotational for Grade 1 and Grade 2 in Ballarat, Victoria. The role offers rotating exposure to dispensing, compounding and clinical services within our unit-based team, with credentialing opportunities such as PPMC and advanced practice programs.
Rotations may include BRICC and other specialties, with ongoing in-service education, journal clubs, and support for seminars and SHPA residency programs.
