The Opportunity

A busy Inner West agency is looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant to join their team. This is a great role for someone who knows leasing well and is looking for a home where they can grow into sales, PM or BDM over time.

The Role

n

A high-volume leasing role in the Inner West covering end-to-end leasing across a strong residential portfolio. Up to $80,000 package depending on experience with genuine pathways into sales, property management or BDM for the right person.

What You Will Be Doing

n

Managing the full leasing process from initial enquiry through to lease execution. Conducting open homes and private inspections. Processing applications, completing reference checks and preparing lease documentation.



Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Coordinating advertising and property marketing across major platforms.

About You

n

You have solid leasing experience and know how to move quickly in a busy setting. You are organised, client-focused and thrive under pressure. You are looking for a role with genuine room to grow rather than just another leasing position. NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration held.
