Alpha Precast is seeking a motivated2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Boilermaker/Fabricatorto join our team. This is an excellent prospect for an apprentice who wants to expand their skills through a combination of workshop fabrication, maintenance, and site-based work while working alongside experienced tradespeople.

About the Role:

n

n
- Structural steel and fabrication work supporting precast concrete production.
n
- Welding and fabrication in a workshop environment.
n
- Installation, maintenance, and repair work on-site as required.
n
- Reading and interpreting drawings and fabrication details.
n
- Work effectively as part of a team, while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Currently undertaking a 2nd or 3rd Year Boilermaker/Fabrication Apprenticeship.
n




- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
n
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
n
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
n
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team.
n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- - Exposure to welding, fabrication, and steel assembly work.
n
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) ticket.
n
- Boom Lift and/or Scissor Lift ticket.
n
- Experience working in construction, manufacturing, or precast environments.
n
