At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with HubSpot.
n
Demonstrated experience administering and optimising HubSpot CRM.

Proven experience developing workflows, segmentation, lifecycle stages, properties and customer journeys.
n
A robust understanding of CRM architecture, database management and data quality.
n
Experience developing dashboards, reports and performance insights.

An understanding of CRM governance and scalable system design.
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
Excellent attention to detail.

This is an onsite role based in Bayswater, Victoria, requiring close collaboration with the Marketing team and hands‐on training of end users
n
This role is initially offered as a 6‐month contract, with the potential to transition to an ongoing position for the right person.

The Opportunity
n
This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established HubSpot environment and make a measurable difference to how the platform supports our marketing, customer experience and broader business operations.
n
You will have the opportunity to identify what is working, challenge what isn't and implement practical improvements rather than simply maintaining the status quo.
n
Contract: 6 months
n
Commitment: Approximately 3 days per week
