SGN is seeking a proactive People Partner to foster a positive Employee Relations climate, advising managers and driving engagement to improve performance. You will lead ER cases and deliver training to reduce future issues, contributing to People projects and talent development.
You will support Senior People Partners and partner with operations teams across the SGN patch, travelling between sites in the South England and Scotland as needed, with occasional nights away from home.
