This is an exciting opportunity to join Hyundai Capital Australia (HCAU) during a period of significant growth! HCAU is the Australian finance provider for Hyundai, Kia and Genesis, delivering innovative finance solutions that support the Hyundai Motor Group (HMG) brands. We are hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to drive business improvement initiatives across the sales team by supporting organisational change, coordinating training and development, managing key administrative functions, and providing sales performance analysis. In this role, you will act as the central point of coordination between Sales, Operations, Credit, Marketing, Audit, IT, and external dealer partners to ensure strategic initiatives are successfully implemented, dealer capability continues to improve, and business performance is optimised.
What you'll do
- Analyse sales performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and develop dashboards, scorecards and executive reporting to support leadership decision-making.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness, recommend actions to maximise ROI, and support the design, tracking and reporting of sales incentive programs.
- Act as the key contact for dealer systems and the Dealer Portal, coordinating issue resolution, system improvements, communications and user support across internal teams, vendors and the dealer network.
- Partner with Regional Sales Managers to identify dealer growth opportunities while supporting sales meetings, events, communications, databases, documentation, budgets and reporting.
- Prepare presentations and business review packs, maintain support resources and procedures, and work with Technology, Change, Training and Operations teams to successfully implement system and process improvements.
- Manage development and maintenance of training materials, user guides, webinars and e-learning content considering system changes and compliance.
- Manage reporting of training attendance across Hyundai Finance, Kia Finance and Genesis Finance products and measure impact.
- Schedule webinars and regional training events as required.
- Complete reports of training attendance records and monitor completion.
- Measure performance outputs through sales analysis and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Support product launches through development of education material for dissemination by field force.
- Experience in automotive finance, banking or financial services.
- Strong project coordination or change management experience.
- Experience coordinating training or learning programs.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting capability with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment would be advantageous.
- Experience with Salesforce and Power BI or similar tools is desirable.
