Wyer & Co is a well-established Sydney landscape design, construction, and maintenance company known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. As our construction division continues to grow, we're looking for a skilled Landscape Tradesperson to join our site teams.

About the Role

n

Working under the direction of your Site Foreperson, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering premium landscape construction projects across Sydney. You'll bring your trade skills, work ethic, and eye for quality finish to every job - while being part of a supportive, close-knit team that genuinely has each other's backs.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Carrying out landscape construction works to plan, with a strong focus on quality and finish
n
- Operating tools, machinery and equipment safely and effectively
n
- Working collaboratively with your site team to hit programme and production targets
n
- Keeping worksites clean, safe and well-organised
n
- Helping care for tools, equipment and company vehicles
n




- Following WHS procedures and using PPE at all times
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Current White Card and First Aid Certificate
n
- Relevant construction or landscaping experience
n
- Strong work ethic and genuine attention to detail
n
- Valuable communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
n
- Physical fitness — able to safely lift 20kg+ repeatedly across a full shift
n
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions (heat, rain, dust, cold)
n
- A team player who's ready to collaborate, learn, and fit into our culture
