The Role

An experienced Project Manager is sought to take ownership of project delivery from award through to completion, working closely with a small, agile leadership team that values initiative and direct accountability over hierarchy. This is a genuine opportunity to have real influence over how projects run, without layers of corporate process getting in the way.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of Design & Construct projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on programme and within budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage procurement, subcontractor letting and variations to drive project profitability
- Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, forecasts and cost control




- Coordinate design input and consultant documentation through the D&C; process
- Ensure quality, safety and compliance standards are met across all sites
- Lead site teams and subcontractors to keep projects moving efficiently
- Report progress and maintain clear communication with clients and senior leadership throughout delivery

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering Design & Construct projects in a commercial construction environment
- Experience across retail, commercial, industrial, health, hospitality or fit-out projects highly regarded
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, subcontractor letting and variations
- Confident, hands-on communicator comfortable working directly with clients and consultants
- Sound understanding of construction methodologies, procurement and programming
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building, Engineering or a related discipline
- A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and genuine ownership of outcomes
