Are you an experienced P&C; Generalist who thrives on challenges and loves being the go-to person for HR guidance and support?

n

You'll Need

n

n
- Provide administrative support to the P&C; Department to facilitate the delivery of essential functions.
n
- Delivery of end-to-end recruitment function and management of administrative tasks related to employee lifecycle, including data entry in Human Resources Information system (HRIS).
n
- Maintain electronic personnel records, P&C; registers and complete file audits requirements.
n
- Contribute to the ongoing review and development of departmental operational models, policy and procedure.
n
- Adaptability, collaboration, and passion to make a difference

- Must have valid Australian working rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)
