Job Description

This is a dynamic, hybrid role where you will split your time between front-line customer service at the trade counter and keeping our operations running smoothly through warehousing and delivery duties. You'll thrive here if you enjoy a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where you can be hands-on and constantly on the move.

Key responsibilities

n

Serve trade customers over the counter and via phone, delivering a skilled, friendly, and efficient experience

n

Respond to customer enquiries, provide accurate quotes, and process orders promptly

n

Build and maintain genuine, long-term relationships with our local customer base

n

Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently

n

Conduct local deliveries to customer sites, ensuring goods arrive on time and in perfect condition

n

Assist with receiving and putting away incoming freight, stock management, and merchandising

n

Help ensure the warehouse and trade counter areas are kept clean, safe, and well-organised

n

About you

n

A customer-first mentality with an excellent telephone manner and a strong work ethic

n

A motivated self-starter who is happy to jump from the computer to the walkie-stacker to the delivery ute to help the team get the job done

n

Strong attention to detail,



particularly when processing orders and managing stock

n

A current Australian driver's licence is essential

n

A forklift licence is highly beneficial, but not mandatory

n

Previous experience in electrical trade sales, warehousing, delivery, or retail is highly beneficial
