Are you a Registered Nurse with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care? We are currently seeking Registered Nurses who are passionate about patient care to join and support the Scrub/Scout Unit on a full-time basis. As a Registered Scrub Scout Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

- Deliver evidence-based nursing care
n
- Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
n
- Ensure patient and staff safety
n
- Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members
n
- Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to deliver patient care
n
- Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end-of-life needs
n

- Current Registration with AHPRA
n
- Post Graduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing (or working towards)
n
- Working with Children check (if relevant)
n
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care
n
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
n
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Works well independently and within a team
