Job Description

n

As a Showroom Administrator with e&s;,



you'll be the welcoming face of our Moorabbin showroom, supporting customers and the team through a mix of customer service and administration. Every day will bring something different, from greeting customers to managing vital behind-the-scenes processes that keep our showroom running smoothly.

n

This is a full-time, permanent role. Weekend work is involved (3/4 weekends). Please only submit an application if regular weekend work suits your circumstances.

What you'll be doing:

n

Greeting and assisting customers in person and over the phone

n

Processing payments, banking, reconciliations, and data entry

n

Coordinating deliveries and providing after-sales support

n

Assisting the team with general showroom administration

n

Helping create a seamless and professional customer experience

n

Qualifications

n

Previous experience in customer service or administration (retail, hospitality, travel, contact centre, or sales experience welcomed)

n

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

n

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment

n

A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude

n

Comfortable with basic computer skills and eager to learn
