What you'll do

n

- Clean and prepare guest rooms to Crown's high standards
n
- Make beds, change linen and clean bathrooms
n
- Vacuum and tidy rooms
n
- Refill guest amenities and supplies
n
- Report maintenance or safety issues to your supervisor
n
- Respect guest privacy and work professionally at all times
n
- Work with your team to meet daily room targets based on a credit system
n

What we require

n

n
- At least 3 months' previous experience in Housekeeping in a hotel, resort, or accommodation environment
n
- Availability to work across a 7‐day rotating roster
n
- Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending and lifting
n
- Basic English communication skills to understand instructions and safety requirements
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
