Job Description

An excellent opportunity has become available for a Junior Project Manager to join an established and highly regarded commercial builder with a strong pipeline of projects across Melbourne, Victoria.
n This is a great opportunity for a capable Contract Administrator or Junior Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career and gain greater ownership across the full project lifecycle.
n You will work closely with an experienced Project Manager and broader delivery team, gaining exposure to a diverse range of commercial construction projects including new builds, fitouts, refurbishments and extensions.

The Role

n

n
- Assist with the management and delivery of commercial construction projects
n
- Support the Project Manager across cost, program, procurement and delivery
n
- Manage project documentation, contracts and project reporting
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and key stakeholders
n
- Assist with procurement, variations, progress claims and forecasting
n
- Monitor project timelines, quality and construction milestones
n
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with the site team
n
- Assist in identifying and resolving project issues
n
- Build strong relationships with clients,



consultants and subcontractors
n

About You

n

n
- Experience as a Contract Administrator or Junior Project Manager within commercial construction
n
- Relevant construction, engineering or project management qualification
n
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project administration
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a project team
n
- Ambition to progress into a Project Manager position
n
