Bean Around Town is a growing café supply distributor, supplying plant-based milk and quality cups and lids to over 600 cafés across Melbourne. As our business continues to expand, we're looking for a reliable, hands‐on casual team member to join us as a Pick Packer & Delivery Driver.

The Role

n

This is a combined pick packing and delivery role, Tuesday to Friday — ideal for someone who likes variety and takes pride in getting the job done right.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for daily delivery runs
n
- Safely drive and maintain a well‐kept delivery vehicle
n
- Deliver products to our café customer base, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and a high standard of service
n
- Build strong relationships with café customers through reliable, friendly service
n




- Communicate effectively with the internal team to coordinate delivery schedules and stock needs
n
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
n

Hours

n

Tuesday–Friday: approximately 7:30am–4:00pm

n

About You

n

You hold a current car licence; medium rigid an advantage

n

You take pride in your work and are committed to reliable, professional service

n

You're comfortable with physical work, including regular lifting of 15–25kg

n

You're self‐motivated and can manage your time efficiently while working independently

n

You enjoy being part of a small, collaborative team

n

You're reliable and committed to consistent casual shifts

n

You must possess valid Australian work rights

n
