An expanding modern accounting practice is seeking an Intermediate or Senior Accountant to join their Business Services and Tax team.

About the Opportunity:

This growing firm, is seeking an Intermediate or Senior Accountant to bolster their Business Services team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience within an Australian accounting firm, coupled with CA/CPA qualifications or willing to complete.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Engage with a diverse portfolio of clients
n
- Preparations of IAS & BAS
n
- Preparation of financial statements and tax returns, Div 7A, CGT and FBT Calculations
n
- Advisory services with client contact from the start (if senior)
n
- Liaison with the ATO
n




- Maintenance and preparation of clients financial records
n
- Excellent client relationship and rapport-building skills or wanting to learn
n

n

Requirements:

n

n
- 2+ years of experience in an Australian accounting firm.
n
- CA/CPA qualifications or willing to complete.
n
- Proven experience in an Australian accounting firm
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
n
