The role

We're seeking someone eager to take on the responsibility of providing support as a junior property manager. You will be responsible for all the administrative day-to-day operations and contributing to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Assist with supporting a well-maintained portfolio
n
- Assist with conducting property inspections and condition reports
n
- Assist with tenant screenings and lease agreements
n
- Assist with handling maintenance requests and coordinating repairs
n
- Assist with managing rental arrears and enforcing lease terms
n
- Assist with rent reviews and lease renewals
n
- Providing exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords
n




- Maintaining accurate property records and documentation
n
- Keeping up-to-date with relevant tenancy laws and regulations
n

- Confidence in the above duties & responsibilities

- Strong organisational skills

- Ability to multi-task & work as part of a team

- Professional presentation & motivated attitude
n
- QLD Driver's License
n
- Must have QLD Real Estate Certificate
