The Opportunity

n

We are looking for 3 experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technicians to join our growing team servicing commercial and industrial sites across Sydney.

n

You'll work on a varied mix of split systems, VRV/VRF systems, chillers, ducted plant and refrigeration equipment, supported by a stable client base and planned maintenance schedules.

n

We have opportunities for technicians working across Sydney, with static work also available in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs for the right candidate. This provides the opportunity for a consistent work location and the chance to build a strong relationship with a dedicated customer and site team.

n

You'll have the autonomy to manage your own workload while being backed by an experienced support team.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Service, fault-find and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration plant.
n
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdowns.
n
- Install, commission and decommission split, ducted and VRF systems.
n
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and controls faults and resolve issues on the first visit where possible.
n
- Complete service reports, photographs and asset data through our mobile platform.
n
- Work closely with the dispatch team to plan daily schedules and keep clients informed.
n
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure all work is completed safely and professionally.
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent.
n
- Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence.
n
- Restricted Electrical Licence.
n
- Current driver's licence.
n
- Confidence working independently across commercial and industrial sites.
n
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
n
- A robust commitment to OH&S; and safe work practices.
n
- Full Australian working rights.
n

Bonus Points For

n

n
- EWP, Working at Heights or Confined Space tickets.
n
- Experience with BMS and controls fault-finding.
n
- Refrigeration experience across cool rooms, freezer rooms or process cooling systems.
n
- Experience working in a static commercial or industrial environment.
n
