Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our recent Rouse Hill store in NSW, opening in October. You will lead a team, drive Ghanda values, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining brand standards.
As the leader on the shop floor, you’ll coach up to 15 team members, coordinate rosters, monitor sales reports, and partner with stock planning to maximise floor space, stock levels and in-store presentation.
