You'll work across GEM and Rehabilitation with a multidisciplinary team, delivering patient-focused interventions, managing caseloads, and completing clinical documentation to support positive outcomes. Permanent full time role with 80hrs/fortnight and salary packaging. Includes ADOs, 5 weeks leave.
