We are a leading Architectural, Interiors and Project Management firm based in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. We are seeking a talented Architectural draftsperson or Revit Technician to work in our St. Kilda, Victoria head office. As a Revit Documenter, you will play a vital role in the design and development of diverse projects that shape the future of its city.

What you'll be doing
n
n
- Assist the National Directors and Leaders in the design and documentation of complex architectural projects, including Commercial, Educational, Residential and Mixed-use developments
n
- Contribute and manage the creation of detailed design drawings, specifications and other technical documentation
n
- Manage Council submissions and obtaining Building Certification on your projects.
n
- Collaborate with state-wide multidisciplinary teams to ensure project requirements are met and deadlines are achieved
n
- Conduct site visits and participate in project meetings to gather information and provide updates
n
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies and building codes
n
- Actively contribute to the firm's continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
n

What we're looking for
n
n
- A degree in Building design, Architecture or a related Construction field
n
- Qualifications in architecture, construction management or any related built environment degree will be considered
n
- Great technical skills in design software, including Revit is a must (4 years min.)
n
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture or construction is essential to meet your role requirements
n
- Working knowledge of local council processes and building code requirements is essential
n
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
n
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities with the team and clientele
n
- Passion for design, documentation, management and a commitment to the profession
n
- Australian work rights are required for this position
