Our team is growing, and we're on the lookout for a driven, results-focused Telemarketers and Call Centre professionals to join our high-performing Internal Sales desk at our St Marys branch.

Starting as an Internal Sales Representative, you wi ll receive ongoing training and development to hone your skills and progress to external - customer facing sales roles, playing a key role in driving growth across the Access Hire brand.

n

Your day will include:

n

n
- Researching and identifying upcoming projects and potential clients
n
- Generating new business through inbound leads and proactive outbound calls (warm and cold)
n
- Preparing customer quotes and providing accurate technical product information
n
- Organising and distributing marketing packs to increase brand awareness across NSW
n
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
n
- Working closely with Sales and Operations teams to exceed performance targets
n

n

This is an office-based role located in St Marys. Standard hours are Monday to Friday 7:00am-5:00pm

n

You will bring

- Experience working as a Telemarketer or Call Centre Operator
n
- Exposure to outbound calling or inside sales will be highly regarded.
n
- The ability to quickly learn and retain technical product knowledge in a fast-paced environment
n
- A natural talent for identifying and creating new business opportunities
n
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders
n
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
n
- The ability to prioritise tasks and thrive in a dynamic and competitive team environment
n
- A positive, energetic, and team-first attitude

- Resilience, with the ability to bounce back when the days don't always go to plan
