Faircloth & Reynolds are seeking a Service Administration Assistant to join our growing Service Team. This position will be based in our Goonellabah office.

About You

n

We are looking for someone who is able to work as part of a team to meet departmental objectives and must possess the following skills and experience:

n

Minimum 2 years administration experience

n

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

n

Experienced in providing generalist administrative support

n

Ability to focus in a dynamic,fast pacedwork environment.

n

Ability to multitask whilst maintaining positive attention to detail

n

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

n

Ability to learn recent software

n

ABM Software experience will be highly regarded

n

About the Role

The Service Administration Assistant duties include customer service, scheduling technicians andproviding generalist administrative support to the Service Team.
