Full-time Warehouse Operator - LF License required (Permanent Role)

A Warehouse Operator role with an Australian-owned global leader in innovative recreation and sports equipment. You will be a reliable, hands-on team member joining their close-knit team in Nunawading, responsible for order fulfilment, forklift operations, inventory management, and assembly tasks.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
n
- Safely operate reach forklifts to load/unload freight vehicles, containers, and pallets
n
- Conduct quality inspections, report product discrepancies, and assist with regular stock counts
n
- Complete basic product assembly, prep tasks, and minor repairs using hand tools
n
- Support daily operational priorities with opportunities to develop leadership skills over time

About you

n

- Valid Australian Forklift License (LF) is mandatory
n
- Previous warehouse/logistics experience and proficiency with RF scanners
n
- Reach forklift experience is highly regarded
n
- Practical mechanical aptitude using hand tools
n
- Ability to safely perform manual handling up to 20kg
n
- Reliable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and a collaborative team player
n
