Our clinic in Brookvale is currently seekinga hybrid Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent to join the team. We are happy to accommodate a start date best suited to the successful candidate.

The role is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with shifts between 7:45am-5:15pm.

n

Role Overview:

n

As a Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
n
- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
n
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
n
- Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
n
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
n
- Contact centre shifts are rostered in both the Brookvale and Chatswood clinics.
n

- Explicit verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
n
- Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
n
- Ability to perform shifts at the Chatswood clinic as needed.
