Labourforce is currently seeking experienced Pick Packers with Forklift Licences to join a busy warehouse and distribution facility based in Willawong, QLD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders while supporting warehouse operations through forklift and electric pallet jack (EPJ) operation.

- Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 3:15pm

- Friday: 7:00am – 2:00pm
n
- Monday – Friday roster
n
- Ongoing work available
n
- Weekend work may be required during busy periods

- Immediate start available

Pay Rate

n

$34.32 per hour

About the Role

n

Working within a busy warehouse and distribution environment, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, operating warehouse equipment, and preparing stock for dispatch while maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Picking and packing customer orders
n
- RF scanning and order processing
n




- Operating forklifts and Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJs)
n
- Palletising and wrapping stock
n
- Staging orders ready for dispatch
n
- Loading and moving stock throughout the warehouse
n
- Completing warehouse transactions using computer systems
n
- Assisting with general warehouse duties
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
n
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Current LF Forklift Licence
n
- Previous warehouse and pick packing experience
n
- Experience operating forklifts and EPJs
n
- RF scanning experience
n
- Basic computer skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Ability to perform manual handling duties
n
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
n
- Ability to work independently and within a team
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
