About the Role

As a Lifestyle Officer, you will play an important role in developing and delivering engaging lifestyle and wellbeing activities for residents.
n
You will work closely with residents and the wider care team to create activities that support individual interests, social connection, independence and overall wellbeing.
n
This is a part-time position, offering the opportunity to become a valued member of the team while making a genuine difference to residents daily lives.
n
What We're Looking For
n
- Minimum 1 year's experience working as a Lifestyle Officer and/or within aged care
n
- Certificate III or IV in Leisure & Lifestyle
n
- Certificate III in Aged Care is highly desirable
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues
n
- A genuine passion for supporting older people and enhancing their quality of life
n
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain one
n
