Our Shellharbour store is looking for an amazing Sales Stylist to provide exceptional service to our customers through a personalized experience, and exceptional product knowledge.

n

To support a flexible working environment, all our Sales Stylists are contracted on a base of 6 hours a fortnight, and rostered in line with store needs.

n

At present our Bowral store has roughly 3 to 4 shifts available per week.This currently includes Wednesdays, Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays along with flexibility to fill in and cover sick leave, annual leave & store events.

- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding our customer needs

- Are innovative, and always look for new and better ways of working

- Are confident and stylish, acting as ambassadors of the Taking Shape brand
n
- Build belonging and a community spirit, with both their team members and customers
n
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, and ensures our floors are well stocked to support our customer needs

- Have an affinity with the Taking Shape brand, and live, love and breathe our product
n
- Possess exceptional customer service skills, preferably within a customer led industry
n
- Are a self-starter, and flexible in line with business needs
n
- Are bubbly, passionate and committed, holding a professional stance and high emotional intelligence
