About The Role

As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional, person-centred care. Working closely with the Residential Manager and a multidisciplinary team, you’ll oversee clinical and care services, provide guidance to staff,



and ensure residents receive the highest standard of care. Your focus will be on maintaining quality of life, dignity, and respect for every individual, while coordinating care and supporting best practice across the site.

This is a part time opportunity with the following rostered hours:

- Friday and Saturday from 8:30am to 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities

- Comprehensive clinical assessment and review of residents' care needs
- Provide leadership and promote a collaborative approach to clinical and care staff to ensure delivery of person-centered care
- Actively support and work cohesively with the clinical care team
- Support the Residential Manager in identifying training needs and performance management of clinical and care staff
- Facilitate and coordinate the admission process for recent residents
- Review residents' assessments prior to requests for AN-ACC re-classifications
- Completion of Mandatory Quality Indicator Data
- Analysis of monthly clinical KPI data
- Review and investigation of clinical incidents
