Casual receptions - Guest Service Grade 3

We're looking for a casual Receptionist to join our team and be one of the friendly faces our guests see when they arrive.

n

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Welcoming guests and providing friendly, helpful service
n
- Checking guests in and out
n
- Taking and managing reservations
n
- Answering phone calls and guest enquiries
n
- Handling payments and basic administration
n
- Responding to guest requests and helping resolve any issues
n
- Working closely with housekeeping and other hotel teams
n
- Keeping the reception area organised and welcoming
n

About you

n

- Enjoys working with people
n
- Friendly and professional manner with impeccable presentation
n
- Confident answering the phone and dealing with enquiries
n




- Can stay calm and organised when things get busy
n
- Comfortable working independently
n
- Previous hotel, reception, hospitality or customer service experience (preferred, but not essential)
n
- Available for a range of shifts, including weekends and some evenings
n
