- 2+ years in a high-end or fine dining kitchen as Chef De Partie, Demi Chef, Commis Chef
n
- Solid technical skills, strong on prep and service
n
- Confidence working with seasonal produce and modern techniques
n
- Cool under pressure with great communication skills
n
- Available nights and weekends
n
- Full Australian working rights
