About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Learning & Development professional to join a high-performing national qualified services organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the end-to-end learning function, partnering with senior stakeholders, and driving a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
n
Working closely with leaders across the business, you'll be responsible for designing, coordinating and delivering engaging learning initiatives, managing compliance training, and ensuring employees have access to high-quality development opportunities that support both individual growth and organisational objectives.
n
This is a hands-on role suited to a proactive, organised and self-motivated L&D; professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing stakeholders and delivering outcomes.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Design, coordinate and deliver learning and development programs across the business.
n
- Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
n
- Coordinate technical, leadership, compliance and professional development programs.
n
- Manage Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs, including attendance, reporting and compliance tracking.
n
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including content management, reporting and user support.
n
- Develop and curate engaging e-learning content.
n
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
n
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
n
- Manage relationships with external training providers and monitor learning budgets where required.
n
- Promote a strong learning culture by building trusted relationships across the organisation.
n

About You
n
You'll bring:
n
n
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination or a similar role.
n
- Experience working within a professional services environment
n
- Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
n
- Demonstrated capability in instructional design and developing digital learning content.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
n
- Excellent organisation, communication and project coordination abilities.
n
- A proactive, accountable and solutions-focused approach.
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Development or a related discipline.
n
