- We're seeking an AOD Treatment Worker focused on assertive support

- Comprehensive and brief assessment, one-to-one treatment, care planning and case management
n
- Group facilitation and assertive outreach, including support for clients in crisis
n
- Includes evening and weekend hours
n
- Works collaboratively across our programs and with external services
n
- Works across the Sydney North region (Hornsby, Northern Beaches and Ryde) as the service grows
