We are a leading provider of concrete retaining wall products across the state, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing crew.

What you'll be doing

n

As the face (and voice) of Outback Sleepers Victoria, you'll be the heartbeat of our office. Your day-to-day will include:

n

- Being the Go‐To: Handling customer enquiries and orders via phone, email, and face-to-face visits.
n
- Expert Advice: Helping customers pick the right products and coordinating their deliveries.
n
- Keeping it Real: Managing data entry and records to keep our orders running like clockwork.
n
- Teamwork:



Collaborating with our different departments to make sure every customer leaves happy.
n
- Lending a Hand: Providing general administrative support to keep the office humming.
n

What we're looking for

You don't need to be a concrete expert yet (we'll teach you that!), but we are looking for:

n

- The "People" Person: Solid communication skills and a genuine passion for great service.
n
- The Multitasker: Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and doesn't sweat a deadline.
n
- The Problem Solver: High attention to detail and a "can-do" attitude.
n
- The "Comfortable with Technology": Solid computer and numerical skills.n n
- Bonus points: Experience with MYOB is a huge plus!

- Extra bonus: Sales Experience (nice to have, but definitely not deal-breaker).
