- A current Agent's Representative Certificate

- Solid understanding of the Victorian Residential and Commercial Tenancy Acts
n
- VCAT experience
n

- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing a well-maintained and stable portfolio
n
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
n
- Conducting open for inspections, entry & exit reports and routine inspections
n
- Marketingrentalproperties
n
- Preparing and attending tribunal applications and hearings
n
- Handling insurance claims
n
- Reviewingrentalapplications
n
- Managing property repairs and maintenance
n
- Preparing lease documentation
n
- Performing generalrentaladministration tasks
n

Requirements:

- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
n
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
n
- Current Police Check
n
- Experience with Property Me and IRE systems (preferred but not essential)
n
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Professional presentation
n
- Previous experience preferred, but we welcome motivated applicants eager to learn
