Commercial Electrician - Commercial Refurbishments & Fit-Outs

$55/hr All-Inclusive | Monthly RDO | Paid Birthday Off

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Electrician to join our growing team.

n

We specialise in commercial refurbishments, fit-outs and electrical upgrades, working with established commercial builders across Sydney.

n

What You'll Be Working On

n

Our projects include:

n

- Commercial office refurbishments
n
- Office and tenancy fit-outs
n
- Retail and hospitality projects
n
- Commercial electrical upgrades
n
- Main switchboards and distribution boards
n
- Submains and cable installations
n
- Power and lighting
n
- Emergency and exit lighting
n
- Data and communications
n
- Testing, fault finding and commissioning
n
- Electrical alterations within existing buildings
n
- Working alongside builders and other trades
n

n

You will be working in established commercial environments, so experience with refurbishment work and working around existing services is highly regarded.

n

What We're Looking For

n

We're looking for a commercial electrician who knows their trade.

n

You should have:

n

n
- Current NSW Electrical Licence
n
- Solid commercial electrical experience
n




- Experience with commercial refurbishments and fit-outs
n
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Valuable knowledge of commercial electrical installations
n
- High standard of workmanship
n
- Good communication skills
n
- Professional approach to safety and site requirements
n
- White Card
n
- Own basic tools and reliable transport
n

n

Experience working on commercial refurbishment projects is essential.

We want an electrician who can read a set of plans, understand what needs to happen, work through problems on site and deliver a quality job.

If you're experienced in commercial refurbishments and fit-outs, can work without being babysat and take pride in your work, you'll fit in well with our team.
