Class 2 Driver – Days | Launceston

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 (Category C) Driver to join a busy palletised distribution operation based in Launceston.

n

This is an excellent prospect for a reliable and professional driver looking for consistent Monday to Friday work, delivering palletised freight to customers across the local and wider area.

n

The Role:

n

n
- Class 2 (Category C) driving
n
- Monday to Friday
n
- 8:30am start
n
- Finish time: Until finish
n
- £16.00 per hour
n
- Ongoing work available
n
- Day shifts
n
- Delivering palletised freight to commercial and business customers
n
- Completing multi-drop deliveries across planned routes
n
- Ensuring goods are delivered safely, securely and on time
n




- Loading and unloading pallets using the appropriate equipment
n
- Completing delivery paperwork and electronic PODs where required
n
- Working to high standards of safety and customer service
n

n

Requirements:

n

n
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
n
- Valid CPC qualification
n
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
n
- Previous Class 2 driving experience
n
- Experience with palletised or multi-drop deliveries is advantageous
n
- Reliable and professional attitude
n
- Good knowledge of UK roads
n
- Good customer service skills
n
