This is a full time role for someone who is passionate about pastry, thrives in a fast-paced production environment, and is motivated to continually grow their skills. Working in beautifully designed facilities with a progressive workplace culture, you'll be part of the team responsible for producing our signature viennoiserie to the highest standards. You'll bring both technical skill and a willingness to collaborate, while maintaining quality, speed, and consistency across every stage of production.

What the role involves:

n

- Hands-on production of viennoiserie from start to finish
n
- Working across multiple production areas (kitchen and cube/lamination)
n
- Ensuring that high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation are maintained to company standards
n




- Working as part of a cohesive team to meet daily production goals
n
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture
n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Has a minimum of 2 years' experience in a pastry production or restaurant kitchen
n
- Ideally has experience in lamination and baking
n
- Demonstrates resilience, accountability, and a positive attitude
n
- Is motivated, ambitious, and determined to excel in their craft
n
- Has full working rights in Australia, can work full-time hours and is flexible with their rostered days
n
