About The Role

n

We're looking for an energetic and reliable team member to join our cold room distribution team at our busy milk manufacturing site in Labrador.

n

In this full-time position you'll help make sure our orders are packed, loaded and delivered accurately, safely and on time. You'll be part of a supportive team that takes pride in doing a great job every day and you'll play an important part in keeping our dairy products moving from farm to fridge.

n

We know how important work/life balance is and that this is different for everyone. We run our warehouse 24/7 over 3 shifts so we are confident we will be able to find the right fit for your lifestyle.

On-the-job training will be provided, and there are great opportunities to multi-skill and progress to higher grades for motivated team members.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You

n

n
- Are physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks in a cold-room environment
n




- Hold a current forklift ticket and are confident operating in confined spaces (or willing to upskill)
n
- Have a strong focus on safety and understand WHS principles
n
- Are reliable and happy to work shift work (including weekends & public holidays)
n
- Can follow procedures accurately and work with minimal supervision
n
- Have good time management and can meet set deadlines
n
- Have basic literacy and numeracy skills to complete order documentation
n
- Take pride in your work, use good problem-solving skills, and make sound decisions
n

If successfully you will be required to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
