Job Description

Il Toscano is seeking a Floor Restaurant Manager with an Italian background to lead operations at our Long Jetty and Gosford venues on the NSW Central Coast. The role starts part-time with a pathway to full time and potential sponsorship for the right candidate.

You will organize floor layouts with the chef and director, supervise staff, maintain stock records, and ensure hygiene and service standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
